Service contract renewed each year for twelve years with a multinational group for expertise on chemical products imported, exported and transferred between subsidiaries (with a view to tariff classifications); or consumed (with a view to exemptions from the domestic consumption tax on energy products); or recycled (with a view to exemptions from TGAP on waste).
Expertise requested by corporate lawyers, or by business lawyers for advice or customs litigation relating, for example, to the following files:

Factory controls with a view to determining the terms of compensation between industrial products re-exported in the form of finished products and their basic products imported in inward processing benefiting from exemption from duties and taxes (including nuclear materials).
Physico-chemical analyzes of samples of imported products and indication of the tariff classification of the corresponding goods.
